Not the best at critiques, so I hope you like my thoughts~

The way that the blues and greens (ocean colors) go together is amazing! The proportions on the drawing are well done, and the strokes one the hair are BEAUTIFUL! Her shoulder shows the colors of the sun coming through the water surface, so that shows more detail and makes this more appealing.
Although i don't see her ear, this artwork is very well done, and well suits the name you have given it.

I hope you find this Critique fair and helpful. (Sorry it is so short... I do love this painting though!)
