Nicely done, the eyes are particularly impressive. The only critics that springs to mind is that you've made the light around the top lip (and on the side of the nose to a lesser extent) look like white hairs, which doesn't correspond to the ref.

The details are magnificent, I like how you use different color to indicate the shadows and the face anatomy are very precise. Love how you did the skin tone and how your work have a wonderful yet realistic texture.
